The ITS Sr Compliance Analyst acts as a subject matter expert in driving compliance projects in support of maintaining and improving a IT compliance programs. As an individual contributor, this role will help establish processes to ensure audit-readiness for compliance programs.

A Bachelors degree, with a focus in computer science, systems engineering, information technology, management information systems, or a related discipline, or an additional two years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
Knowledge of various enterprise security and IT management frameworks and standards.
Working knowledge of and exposure to PCI-DSS, SOX, and or NIST compliance audits.
Ability to work cross-functionally and establish relationships with different levels of management and others of varying skill sets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to analyze, organize, and simplify complex problems to develop practical solutions.
