Insight Global is seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst II to join a leader in innovative drinkware and outdoor gear. This role will support desktop environments, manage mobile devices, and oversee identity and access systems (Okta & Entra ID). This role involves hands-on technical support, onboarding new hires, and collaborating across teams to ensure smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in IT operations or desktop support roles.
• Provide desktop support for Windows/macOS environments, including meeting support and in-office event facilitation.
• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID and oversee endpoint security and compliance through Intune and MDM platforms (e.g., Jamf, Workspace ONE).
• Support hardware/software troubleshooting and mobile device configuration in a corporate setting.
• Apply ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management; scripting experience (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
• Deliver clear communication and documentation, conduct end-user training, and lead IT onboarding for new hires.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications.
