Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior MDM Developer to join our Master Data Management team. This hands-on role is ideal for a senior-level MDM developer with deep experience implementing Informatica MDM Cloud—particularly within Account and Product domains. You will serve as a strategic technical developer, partnering with our system integrator and stakeholders across AMER and APAC regions to design and deliver scalable master data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop the end-to-end design, implementation, and operational support of MDM systems
• Guide internal and SI teams on best practices for MDM, ensuring solution alignment and value delivery
• Partner with both technical and functional stakeholders to refine requirements, API specifications, and data models
• Translate high-level goals into actionable data strategies and architectural frameworks
• Develop robust data models and scalable database designs for foundational domains like Account and Product
• Enable system interoperability through real-time, near real-time, and batch APIs using Mulesoft and event-driven architecture
• Conduct hands-on data analysis and support data quality and stewardship initiatives
• Prepare and present solution designs, influencing senior stakeholders on design decisions
• Serve as a mentor and technical guide to junior engineers across the global team
Work closely with downstream teams including Data and Account Stewards, and Sales stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
• 5-8 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), including API development and integration
• Deep, hands-on experience with Informatica MDM Cloud (360 platforms preferred)—including the Party data model and data standardization practices
• Experience with Mulesoft, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Data Cloud
• Proven track record supporting sales-related MDM use cases
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake or other enterprise data platforms
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
• Comfortable working across global time zones, particularly AMER and APAC
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a forward-thinking mindset

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Certifications in MDM, Informatica, or data management disciplines
Experience supporting enterprise CRM integrations and data quality initiatives
