The Health Record Reviewer Child Licensing Specialist is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and evaluating health records and documentation related to child care licensing. This role ensures that all submitted health records meet state and federal regulatory standards, with a focus on child safety, immunization compliance, and provider qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare documentation, regulatory compliance, and child welfare standards.

Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing, Health Information Management, Public Health, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in health record review, medical records, or regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of child care licensing regulations and health documentation standards in the state of Arizona, Kentucky or Florida.
Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
RN, LPN, RHIT, or similar certification.
Experience working with child care licensing agencies or early childhood programs.
Bilingual abilities are a plus.
