Job Description

This role supports the Community Impact Volunteering Grants program across the APAC region, providing end‑to‑end operational, administrative, and reporting support. The Volunteering Grants program enables employees and customers to financially support eligible nonprofit organizations aligned with the Community Impact priorities through structured volunteering activities.

The Grant Specialist will manage the daily intake, review, and processing of Volunteering Grant requests, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, service‑level agreements, and documentation requirements. The role requires close coordination with requestors, regional stakeholders, and the ACIV Product Manager, as well as strong judgment in assessing eligibility, organizational credibility, and alignment with program objectives.

In addition to grant processing, this role plays a key part in reporting, continuous improvement, and program insights. The successful candidate will maintain accurate tracking systems, synthesize operational data into clear summaries for program leadership, and identify trends that inform future program strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, comfortable working independently, and experienced in grants administration, program operations, or nonprofit support within a fast‑paced, global environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in grants administration, program operations, nonprofit support, or compliance‑based review processes
• Experience reviewing applications for eligibility, documentation, and policy compliance
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to provide clear guidance and constructive feedback
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting defined service‑level agreements
• Experience maintaining accurate tracking systems and operational documentation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and process improvement opportunities
• Comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions and time zones
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting corporate philanthropy, CSR, or employee volunteering programs
• Familiarity with APAC nonprofit ecosystems or international grantmaking
• Experience working in large, matrixed organizations
• Manage daily review of Volunteering Grant requests submitted through the official intake form
• Conduct initial screening within 24 hours of submission
• Review applications for compliance with program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
Process approximately 20 grant requests per month across the APAC region
