We are seeking a dynamic professional who combines the strategic mindset of a Functional Consultant with the analytical rigor of a Financial Analyst. This role will focus on designing and optimizing contract-to-PO workflows, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support project success within the Core Technology Services division.

Functional Consulting
• Develop and refine Contract-to-PO process workflows aligned with the latest Starbucks practices.
• Create detailed workback plans and an alert system to trigger key next steps.
• Design and standardize a contract approval one-pager for streamlined decision-making.
• Build a centralized contract calendar and dashboard for holistic visibility.
• Deliver Executive Contract Status presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Document each step of the contract tracking process with job aids and supporting links.
• Conduct Contract-to-PO training sessions for self-service teams.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Standardize and socialize the contract intake process across teams.
• Develop weekly contract reporting structures to highlight key business metrics.
• Build and maintain vendor enablement tracking systems.
• Ensure all contracts comply with Starbucks’ compliance standards.
Financial Analysis
• Design and maintain project finance tracking templates.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations for projects, supporting end-to-end lifecycle management.
• Audit, process, and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Create and validate invoices per company and regulatory requirements.
• Build financial models and deliver analytical insights to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare management reports comparing actuals vs. forecast, budget, and prior year, including variance analysis.
• Perform and monitor monthly accruals and reclasses based on project forecasts.
• Guide and train the PMO office on project financial activities.
Track vendor invoicing performance, PM approval compliance, and maintenance variance reporting.
