Job Description
• Act as first line of support for Dev, QA, and Staging environment issues
• Perform routine WebSphere administration (start/stop services, deployments, configuration changes)
• Analyze application and server logs to resolve issues like disk space alerts, memory constraints, and instability
• Trigger and monitor existing CI/CD pipelines for deployments and environment management
Ensure overall stability and reliability of lower environments

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience (Senior)
• Hands-on administrative experience with IBM WebSphere Application Server
• Proven background in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Administration
• Strong ability to troubleshoot independently using application/server logs and monitoring tools
• Experience supporting lower environments (Dev, QA, Staging)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience working in cloud environments (especially AWS)
• Prior exposure to enterprise Java application environments
Experience supporting regulated or high‑availability systems
