Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Desktop Technician to work for a client out of the Seattle area. This role will be on site 5 days a week supporting the Seattle location for in person support as well as supporting other offices within the region remotely. You will be the sole tech member at this location supporting internal employees with various issues ranging from password resets, hardware support, O365 troubleshooting, VDI issues and some conference room set ups. A large part of this job will be project based work in Seattle, a large one that you will work on in the beginning is the setup of the new floor that the company is taking over in their building. This position is looking to start immediately for a 6 month contract to hire. This person needs to be a self-starter as they will be the sole Desktop Technician.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in a desktop technician role
Experienced with ticketing systems
Client uses Sysaid
Experience with password resets and O365 troubleshooting
Experience with hardware support, password resets and AV support
Go-getter/self-starter - you will be the only tech on site in this location

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Citrix or other VDI environments
Experience with Networking
