Job Description

Seeking a skilled Construction General Laborer with 3-4 years of experience doing basic home renovation work; painting, flooring, walls, ceilings, and plumbing. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:

Assist in renovation tasks: painting, flooring, walls, ceilings, HVAC, or plumbing.
Follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Operate hand and power tools.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Required Skills & Experience

3-4 years of construction experience in renovations.
Proficiency in painting, flooring, walls, ceilings, HVAC, and plumbing.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
