Job Description

As a member of the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will be responsible for developing dashboards, tools, and data solutions that track and analyze organizational performance, trends, and patterns. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand analytical requirements, design business solutions, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, implement, and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools.
Write, test, and debug code to support new data solutions and BI capabilities.
Enhance and maintain existing BI solutions based on clear business requirements.
Build an manage automated data pipelines to collect, process, and store data from various sources (e.g., monitoring metrics, KPI dashboards, operational systems).
Develop a unified reporting framework to streamline access to key data across stakeholders.
Perform data analysis using techniques ranging from basic aggregation to advanced statistical methods and data mining.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with business leaders and project stakeholders to identify and refine analytical requirements.
Continuously develop expertise in assigned solutions, technologies, development processes, and the broader BI ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related area.
Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL.
Experience with data pipeline development and ETL processes.
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data quality.
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Comfortable working under general supervision with a degree of creativity and autonomy.
