Job Description

A client in Seattle is looking to bring on an Accounts Payable Associate to their Finance/Accounting team. This candidate will be working in a fast paced construction environment and collaborating with different departments/locations in the company. You will be working on AP tasks such as payroll, invoicing, data entry, audits, and more. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated and someone that is a critical thinker to step into this role and hit the ground running with the tasks at hand. Required Skills & Experience

Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft: PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
3-7 years of payable processing experience to include enterprise level, high volume payables
Associates degree in accounting, finance, or similar profession
Able to work independently and also collaborate effectively with various internal levels and departments
Comfortable with a fast paced and ambiguous work environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience working in a construction/contractor background.
