Job Description
• Lead a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives that span multiple divisions, organizations, and business partners across the company.
• Partner with senior management, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide reporting, facilitate decision-making, and support portfolio governance through meetings and executive updates.
• Own and maintain portfolio-level visibility into project scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, actions, decisions, and status across multiple interconnected initiatives.
• Develop and deliver project and portfolio reporting, including progress updates, executive summaries, dashboards, and financial or accounting-related reporting.
• Manage complex dependencies across disparate projects to ensure workstreams remain aligned, sequenced appropriately, and positioned for successful delivery.
• Navigate ambiguity and uncharted territory by creating structure, driving clarity, and recommending practical paths forward when requirements, ownership, or processes are still emerging.
• Facilitate tough conversations related to technology scope, priorities, trade-offs, and delivery constraints with business customers and technical teams.
• Translate technical concepts, risks, and decisions into business-friendly language tailored to executive and non-technical audiences.
• Lead delivery in a hybrid environment where teams operate across a mix of agile, product-centric, and waterfall delivery models.
• Provide leadership, oversight, and coaching to project managers or technical program managers as needed to drive consistent execution and strengthen delivery practices.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, proactively manage escalations, and influence outcomes across teams without direct authority.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years leading complex, enterprise technology programs
• Ability to work with leaders and influence decisions and ensure the project stays on track
• Experience managing large, cross-functional portfolios
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior executive audiences and stakeholders through clear reporting, structured recommendations, and confident facilitation of decisions and trade-offs.
• ERP/HCM implementation experience
• Experience working with Oracle Cloud Fusion and/or Peoplesoft
• Experience in hybrid delivery environments (agile + waterfall)
