Job Description
This resource will plan for and execute the integration of all daily operational meetings in addition to supporting/coordinating other plan refinement and development to include planning for end state GSE, tooling and facility spaces (base and others) and integrating the resource planning and talent acquisition processes.

Required Skills & Experience
• Project Plan & Kickoff: Establish project’s goals/outcomes, scope, deliverables.
• Project Leadership: Plan development, tracking and management including resource and budget management and defining clear roles / responsibilities on the project team.
• Change Management: Ensure strategies to manage change are scoped, scheduled & resourced. Partnering with AAG Change Management function.
• Issue, Risk & Decision management: Identify, document, & develop mitigation strategies. Update tracking tools (RAID logs, stakeholder register, etc.).
• Stakeholder Communication and management: Partner closely with sponsors to drive alignment, communicate plans including bi-weekly status reporting.
• Quality control: Ensure projects meet required standards & deliverables.
• Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation throughout, providing traceability and archiving for future reference.
Project Closure: Deliver completed project including sustainment plan. Conduct lessons learned.
