Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic IT Cloud Security Governance Manager to lead the development and enforcement of a cloud security governance program across our organization. This role is responsible for ensuring that our cloud environments are secure and compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud platforms, policy development, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

Develop and implement a cloud security governance program including a framework, policy, and standards across multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Define and enforce cloud security policies.
Collaborate with security, compliance, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure alignment with governance policies.
Monitor cloud usage and performance, identifying risks and opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, SOX, PCI).
Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on cloud security governance best practices.
Build reports on governance metrics and KPIs for leadership.
5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with at least 2 years in a governance or compliance role.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native services.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
Demonstrated experience with cloud security tools, cloud security posture management, infrastructure as code
