Job Description
The Aircraft Records Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the airlines’ Aircraft Records System. This individual supports the Aircraft Records team by investigating aircraft part discrepancies, conducting maintenance paperwork audits, and ensuring maintenance documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
Working closely with Maintenance & Engineering teams, the Aircraft Records Analyst reviews and interprets information from the General Procedures Manual and other technical documentation to validate aircraft maintenance records, resolve discrepancies, and support continuous process improvements. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of administrative, records management, data entry, auditing, or related experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency reviewing, validating, and maintaining complex records and documentation.
• Experience interpreting policies, procedures, or technical documentation is preferred.
