Insight Global is seeking a Part-Time HR Generalist for our client, a prestigious country club located in Sammamish, WA, dedicated to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members. This person will manage our client's HR functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (onsite) each week
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Run payroll using PayNW.
- Collaborate with the Controller for payroll approvals.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage all employee benefits programs.
- Assist with open enrollment processes and ensure compliance with Washington state laws.
- Differentiate between part-time and full-time benefits.
HR Generalist Duties:
- Assist with writing job descriptions, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in Washington state employment laws

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in a part-time role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and experience running payroll
- Familiarity with benefits administration and open enrollment processes
- Understanding of Washington state employment laws
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Golf/Country Club industry experience
