Job Description

An employer is looking for a Web Campaign / Site Merchandising Project Manager. In this role, they will develop and execute the site merchandising campaign strategy for their e-commerce site. They will project manage the life cycle of the campaign process, and partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. This person will also be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, conducting reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional leads to create the campaign strategy for the online stores
Present the campaign strategy and creative to stakeholders
Project manage the web campaign process and handle documentation for all campaigns
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesiveness with imagery, messaging, and timing
Communicate the launch mode and schedule for each campaign and ensure deadlines are being met
Partner with peer teams to optimize key campaign pages, drive traffic, and identify new feature opportunities
Pull, analyze, and report on data insights and use them to create testing strategies and recommendations for future campaigns
Act as the point person for any campaign-related questions, issues, or escalations

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in e-commerce site merchandising
Experience managing and executing web campaigns
Proficient in Adobe Analytics, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Strong project management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence an audience
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in digital marketing
