Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Design and implement data acquisition and processing software for non-traditional spectral imaging systems
Unlock large-scale human data collection, pre-processing pipelines, data annotation, and deep-learning
Run evaluations to verify the quality of collected data and flag cases for principal investigators
Manage, improve, and coordinate the data storage and annotation pipeline Interact with cross-functional teams to determine requirements and functionality
Create automated pipelines to process large amount of data
Day-to-Day Tasks:
20% User Support: Troubleshoot system issues and support calls
40% Coding: Implement systems and locations
40% Research and Planning: Figure out what to build, plan, and understand engineers' needs
Data Handling:
Directly manage large amounts of data
Work with research teams handling 3D scan data
Handle data acquisition and processing
Process data within Meta systems
Ensure data fits well for product design

Data Pipeline and Annotation: Helpful background
3-5 Years Industry Experience
Ability to read documentation and code independently
