Software Development Engineer

This Software Development Engineer role is focused on building and maintaining tools and automation frameworks that drive engineering efficiency, accelerate development cycles, and enhance testing quality across the ecosystem. This includes supporting both development and test engineering activities as part of an integrated, end-to-end delivery model.
This role is responsible for developing scalable solutions that enable faster feedback loops, improve system reliability, and streamline workflows across engineering and testing functions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automation that supports validation of console and accessory hardware and firmware—from infrastructure and environment setup through test execution, data collection, and reporting -aligned to defined work items and delivery expectations.

· 5-7 years of experience as a Software Development Engineer 3
· Coding skills across multiple languages/technologies
· Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution
Focus on robotics, automation, and integrated hardware/software systems

· Build and maintain tooling and automation frameworks
· Work against defined products/projects with clear ownership
· Align engineering work to individual deliverables and outcomes
Support both development and testing workflows
