Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join the team. In this role, you will support both manual and automated testing efforts across multiple programs, with a strong focus on AI tooling and advanced quality engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure the delivery of reliable, high‑quality software solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing in complex environments.
• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, pytest, JUnit).
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tooling and technologies (e.g., ML model validation, AI/ML test automation, data pipeline testing).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience testing large-scale, distributed, or AI-powered systems.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with performance, load, or security testing.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Prior experience mentoring or leading QA/SDET teams.
