We’re looking for a designer who can bring clarity to complexity—someone who believes great design can make learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful for everyone. This company is reimagining its web presence to better serve educators, students, and administrators around the world. We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead the redesign of the website, ensuring it is intuitive, accessible, and effective for a diverse, global audience.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the end‑to‑end user experience and visual design of the site—from discovery and research through high‑fidelity execution—working closely with product, engineering, content, and marketing partners. You will play a key role in translating complex educational needs into clear, engaging digital experiences that support learning at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a UX, UI, or Product Designer, with a strong focus on web‑based experiences
Proven experience leading or contributing to full website redesigns, from discovery through launch
Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design, visual systems, and end‑to‑end problem solving (required)
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Experience producing:
Wireframes and low‑fidelity concepts
High‑fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes
Strong understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG, inclusive design best practices)
Experience designing for education or learning‑focused platforms is a strong plus
Sensitivity to designing experiences for users with varying ages, technical proficiency, and cultural contexts
