Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager 2 to support and execute regional marketing initiatives across Latin America. This individual will serve as a key contributor within the regional marketing organization, partnering closely with sales teams, Microsoft stakeholders, strategic partners, and global marketing teams to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, pipeline growth, and product adoption throughout LATAM. This role combines community-driven developer engagement with scalable demand generation programs, providing a unique opportunity to own and execute regional marketing initiatives from strategy through delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans aligned with business objectives across Latin America
• Collaborate with sales leadership to identify target markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging to meet regional market needs and cultural nuances
• Drive pipeline generation, customer expansion, and product adoption initiatives
Events & Customer Engagement
• Plan and execute regional events, executive programs, webinars, workshops, community engagements, and customer experiences
• Support developer-focused activations, customer events, and partner engagements
• Partner with field sales teams to increase engagement with priority accounts and prospects
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
• Collaborate with Microsoft and strategic partners on joint marketing initiatives and go-to-market programs
• Execute co-marketing campaigns that expand market reach and drive pipeline growth
• Identify opportunities to maximize partner relationships and customer engagement
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Events, Partner Marketing, and Sales teams
• Serve as a key regional point of contact for LATAM marketing activities
• Share regional market insights and customer feedback to help influence broader marketing strategies
Measurement & Reporting
• Track campaign performance against established goals and KPIs
• Analyze event and marketing results to identify optimization opportunities
• Provide performance reporting and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Ideal Candidate Background:
The ideal candidate will have experience executing B2B marketing programs across LATAM markets, working closely with sales and partner organizations, and managing demand generation initiatives from planning through execution. They will be comfortable balancing high-level strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution while driving measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, software, or enterprise technology environments
• 3+ years of regional demand generation experience, including planning and executing campaigns across LATAM markets
• Experience localizing global marketing programs, content, and events for regional audiences
• 3–4 years of partner/co-marketing experience working with channel partners, resellers, or large technology ecosystems
• Experience managing both virtual and in-person events, workshops, webinars, and customer engagement programs
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Experience measuring campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing ROI
• Proficiency with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience marketing to developers, software engineers, or other technical audiences
• GitHub, developer tools, cloud platform, AI, or cybersecurity marketing experience
• Experience partnering with Microsoft or executing Microsoft-led go-to-market initiatives
• Experience supporting marketing programs in multiple LATAM countries
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
