Job Description

An employer is looking for a project manager to manage AI Projects. The team is launching a new organization focused on service management and execution within the Customer Success Unit (CSU), with sub-teams for customer health success programs, cloud and AI, consumption and usage, and governance.
Typical Task Breakdown & Operating Rhythm:
o Program management, project management, and change management tasks.
o Creating documentation and presentation decks.
o Analyzing trends, identifying productivity improvements, and running pilots.
o Collaborating with stakeholders across various solution areas.
o Removing blockers and supporting both proactive and reactive customer engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Strong Program Management (2-4 years for Level 2): Ability to drive and execute programs.
2. Relationship/Stakeholder Management (2-4 years for Level 2): Proven experience managing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
3. Visual Documentation & Presentation Creation (2-4 years for Level 2): Skilled in creating clear, impactful documentation and presentation decks.
