Physical Merchandise: Oversee the development, production, and distribution of physical merchandise related to Meta Reality Labs' products and initiatives.
Channel Marketing: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to promote products through various distribution channels, including retail, online, and partner networks.
Production Coordination: Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
Technology Demonstrations: Plan and execute technology demonstrations to showcase Meta Reality Labs' innovations to stakeholders, partners, and customers.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align project goals and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, provide regular updates to senior management, and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology or consumer electronics industries.
Proven experience in physical merchandise management and channel marketing.
Strong knowledge of production processes and technology demonstration techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
