Job Description

Define and maintain XIO-wide program management frameworks, standards, lifecycle governance, charter templates, stage-gate criteria, program maturity standards, and continuous improvement mechanisms.
Establish portfolio-level operating discipline, including intake, prioritization, dependency management, sequencing, escalation models, and resource alignment.
Serve as a strategic advisor to Technical Program Managers, setting the guardrails, standards, and decision frameworks that enable high-quality execution without displacing program-level ownership.
Own the communications and engagement strategy across XIO programs and initiatives, including executive storytelling, roadshows, newsletters, Viva Engage, Town Halls, stakeholder cadences, and cross-org messaging consistency.
Design and scale community engagement models, including v-teams, champions networks, feedback loops, adoption channels, and agent-supported content orchestration.
Design and run XIO's business rhythm, including QBRs, monthly reviews, leadership syncs, operating calendars, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and executive-ready reporting cadences.
Own reporting strategy and governance, including what gets measured, how signals surface, who sees them, audience-specific views, intake governance, data access processes, and single-source-of-truth standards.
Define portfolio signal standards, Strategic Priority alignment, data taxonomy, data ownership, data quality expectations, and operational tooling strategy.
Build baseline analytics, success measures, scorecard standards, OKRs/KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, impact measurement methodology, and portfolio insights packages.
Translate operational signals into executive-ready insights, risks, trends, recommendations, and data storytelling that improve decision quality.
Drive operational excellence through shared tooling, templates, knowledge management, intake triage, workflow optimization, automation, and lightweight governance for cross-cutting requests.
Partner across TPMs, XIO leadership, cross-org stakeholders, and Data and Engineering teams to align strategy, execution standards, analytics infrastructure, and portfolio outcomes.
