The M365 Copilot Chat (BizChat) and Search team is responsible for delivering seamless, AI-powered chat and search experiences for users across Microsoft 365. The team’s mission is to accelerate knowledge work, automate workflows, and anticipate user needs through Copilot, while ensuring product quality, reliability, and scalability as usage grows. Dedicated Program Manager role for Copilot Chat and Search responsible for coordinating releases across all supported audiences, form factors, and endpoints. This PM will own the end-to-end release management lifecycle for BizChat (Copilot Chat) and Copilot Search. The Program Manager’s primary goal is to plan, schedule, and orchestrate all releases for Copilot Chat & Search, working across multiple feature crews and partner teams to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7+ years of experience in the field and at least 5 years of experience of the skills below:
o Experience with release and risk management
o Experience with Shiproom
o Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• PMI or PMP certification
• Knowledge about AI tools
