On the Web Team for our gaming studio, experimentation is at the core of how we operate: from large-scale releases to UX optimizations, our goal is to achieve significant positive impact with maximum confidence. As a TPM, you will work with Adobe Experience Manager and web application project delivery. This role will act in a TPM role managing Web Team project work for front end experience delivery on the main website for the gaming studio, platform level enhancements, and compliance work associated with our Web properties.

Candidate responsibilities:
• Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality.
• Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.
• Communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements and deliverables
• Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
• Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution before the risks turn into fires

Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent organizational and program management skills, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
• Well-developed communication and project management skills are required.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies such as: Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Producer or related experience.
• Proven ability to plan, create and maintain a highly effective production schedule for multiple disciplines in all phases of development, from concept to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and influence across teams towards adoption of engineering best practices.
• Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, along with project management skills and seasoned and conflict resolution.
• Be comfortable creating process. Our processes must evolve every day. The processes we use need to be light and minimalistic, but effective enough to yield predictable quality results.
• Be results driven and possess a growth mindset with the ability to collaborate with others.
• Capable of balancing a project’s production requirements within budget and staff limitations while ensuring high production values are never compromised.
• Some experience with automated testing tools and concepts preferred (including unit tests, functional automation, TDD, code coverage)
