Job Description

You are calm under pressure and enjoy working in a diverse, FAST and dynamic environment. You will be joining the a Customer Success team in Azure. Responsible for managing your workstreams/projects execution, influencing, and providing your business program and RoB management expertise to business leads and peers within each task you support. You should be excellent at communications across a team.

Responsibilities:
Manage, review, organize and monitor RoB rhythm and follow through with team members related to tasks.
Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure documentation is current.
Experience with base understand of Azure, ADO (Azure DevOps) and or agile working team
Engage with Field, internal stakeholders worldwide, managing meetings, communications, and effective project execution.
Ability to take meeting notes, communicate status of actions and follow-up on open actions/asks.
Teams move very FAST need someone who is responsive and has good program management skills
Drive tasks autonomously and need little direction
Assess project performance and improve or remove duplications, similarities etc., within
Resolve project and workstream priorities with stakeholders
Connect regularly with internal team to review best practices and find efficiencies.
Doesnt mind handling details such as organizing meetings, distributing notes, etc.
Can produce deliverables from the workshops and create presentations.
Can work independently.
Create and draft executive communications as needed.

Program Manager:
Build enterprise landing package for RAP (messaging, value prop, execution guidance, readiness guidance, etc.) for 4 legged stool (Customer, SAP, MSFT, Partners)
Define co-sell process/tool/reporting business requirement definition and execution
Align funding models across SAP and Microsoft to help accelerate/unblock customers and partners, along with associated incentives to accelerate consumption
Create and provide updates to LT on WoW progress
Provide updates to executive business review, including MBR, QBR, EBR
Define and execute program GTM motions w/ STU and GPS for RAP execution
Build readiness, communication/awareness plan for global RAP scope + capability.
Define FY25 program scale/scope evolution, investments, and rationalization (alongside CSAP, CMF, AMM, etc.)
Document Expand/Innovate scenarios and complete VBD documentation
Create and provide updates to LT on CMF WoW progress
Provide updates to executive business review, including MBR, QBR, EBR, VSU

Typical Day in the Role
Key projects The team is a part of the customer success business unit and is in charge of everything once a customer has signed a contract with Microsoft. They vet plans, migrate customers, ensure they receive everything asked for, and grow the investment in SAP solutions and other areas in Azure. The sponsor is in charge of Global business strategy.
Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm This contractor will help develop all of critical structure for RISE program
This role will oversee many activities including everything in the above Job Description, help with US responsibilities in a global team and ensure the program is running smoothly, run SCRUMs and ensure the SCRUM mechanics are working well, Collateral and leadership reporting, ensure KPIs are in place
They will interact with team in a program and design viewpoint, communicate with corporate and field stakeholders, managers of teams executing everything, and work with some external stakeholders as well (they will often work with executives)
In the future the contractor may support at upstream sales, GTM mechanics with neighboring teams, and work with partner focused teams.
This contractor will largely be managing one program (the RISE program), but may intertwine/overlay with another program that focuses on additional growth with other products. There will be an interface with other program but likely not as much work required there.
The role will not be technical there will be some interaction with cloud architects and technical quality managers, but not necessarily hand on keyboard. It would be beneficial to have some technical knowledge but not required. SAP product knowledge is required though!!

Degrees or certifications required - none required, but the more PM certifications the better. no technical certifications needed but foundational Azure or SAP certifications are great, (understanding the basics would be beneficial but highly in-depth knowledge is not required)
Disqualifiers Candidates with 0 cloud experience or ERP knowledge are not a good fit for this position.
Best vs. Average Previous experience with RISE is a huge plus, previous Microsoft is a plus but not a must. The best candidate is flexible and ready to dig in and hit the ground running
