Job Description
The team manages the Xbox commerce platform, ensuring smooth purchase flows, empowering publishers, and enhancing player experience for buying content on Xbox.
Creates and maintains daily content production schedule, trains staff on processes, languages and tools. Maintains process documentation, supervises task distribution and status of production staff. Works with content development staff to drive daily content production goals. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality control of the content. May also be responsible for media tracking, image acquisition, and licensing management.
• Key Projects:
o Supporting publisher engagement for Xbox Clubs (social landing point for games).
o Coordinating onboarding for publishers to use Xbox tools and features.
o Assisting with go-to-market materials and publisher education initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience as Program/Project Coordinator
• 4+ years of experience for digital community and digital store management/marketing
• B2B marketing experience
Ecommerce experience running different programs
