Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to join our team in the development of cutting-edge inkjet printing technology. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimizing new hardware components and assemblies for our 3D printing platform. This role requires a combination of technical mastery, innovative problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive the development

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in process development within an industrial environment
• Proven experience working with precision mechanical systems and fluid handling
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Fusion 360 or SolidWorks
• Working knowledge of image processing software, including Adobe Photoshop or GIMP
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively across cross‑functional teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Preferred Qualifications
• 10+ years of overall engineering experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with inkjet printing technologies
• Experience applying Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles
