The first two weeks of this assignment will be centered around helping internal team members prepare for a corporate Lean Six Sigma Kaizen event on April 3rd. This will be a supporting role that involves weaving Lean Six Sigma methodology into the established plan for the Kaizen, creating communications around the event, and helping the team prepare in general. During the event the expectation is to act as a resource to various internal teams participating in the Kaizen, answer questions, and act as a subject matter expert. Following the event there will be 2 weeks of remote work to help wrap up, gather feedback, and close out. The right candidate will have the potential opportunity to return on a 12-month contract in the new fiscal year.

-Deep understanding of Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt at minimum
-Experiencing creating, supporting or running corporate Kaizen events
-Ideally with a Lean Six Sigma focus
-Proficient with Microsoft Suite products
-Experience creating content, educational material, and communications around Lean Six Sigma
-Reliable transportation to the client campus
