About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team and develop high-impact training solutions for data center operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and a highly collaborative team to create engaging, effective learning experiences that support cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and update coursework and training materials aligned with organizational objectives.
• Partner with SMEs to influence and validate technical training content.
• Ensure all learning solutions meet instructional design standards, accessibility guidelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver updates on time.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate across functions to drive innovation in learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• Best vs. Average:
o Significant experience working with SMEs to shape training programs.
o Previous data center instructional experience is highly preferred.
• Strong ability to balance technical accuracy with engaging instructional design.
Performance Indicators
• Quality of learning solutions and positive learner feedback.
• Timely delivery of projects without compromising quality.
• Alignment of training content with organizational goals.
• Engagement metrics such as completion rates and assessment scores.
• Effective collaboration and adoption of innovative tools (e.g., generative AI, microlearning).

Required Skills & Experience
1. Instructional Design Expertise – Minimum 5 years experience, including needs assessment and task analysis.
2. Technical Tools Proficiency – Minimum 3 years experience with Articulate, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Minimum 3 years experience working with diverse teams and SMEs.
