An employer is looking for a Content Reviewer in the Redmond, WA area. This role is remote for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities
Working with the Content Review Team and Creative Leadership Team to understand the Marketplace's vision and design gameplay/complete tasks
Evaluating and providing actionable design feedback to Marketplace partners
Leveraging your creative talents to assist with the creation of inspiring works within the game franchise
Working with internal engineering and design teams to streamline the content review pipeline
Working within a specific pipeline that requires multiple step evaluation.

Required Skills & Experience
1+ year(s) game Design experience
Has completed at least 1 development cycle in a Design role on a shipped title or mod
Great communication - written and verbal - the ability to be encouraging when delivering feedback
Possesses a strong critical eye and passion to "find the fun" in the player's experience
Able to work alone when needed or as part of a team
Willingness to explore, iterate and collaborate on difficult Design problems
Understanding of the AAA game Marketplaces and the diversity of content it supports
