Content Reviewer (POLAND)

Insight Global is hiring a Content Reviewer on behalf of one of our clients, a leading Redmond-based AAA game studio behind one of the world's most successful sandbox gaming franchises and creator marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong game design instincts with a deep understanding of player-generated content and creator ecosystems. You'll work closely with content reviewers, designers, engineers, and external creators to evaluate gameplay experiences, provide actionable feedback, and help maintain the quality standards of a globally recognised gaming platform.


Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Content Review and Creative Leadership teams to understand marketplace goals and content quality standards.
Review creator and partner-submitted content, including character customisation packs, survival experiences, adventure content, and original gameplay concepts.
Provide clear, constructive, and actionable design feedback to content creators and marketplace partners.
Assess gameplay quality, progression mechanics, player engagement, and overall user experience.
Partner with internal design and engineering teams to improve content review processes and workflows.
Work within a structured review pipeline that requires multi-stage content evaluation and feedback cycles.
Contribute creative insights to support engaging, high-quality player experiences across the marketplace ecosystem.

Experience with game design, content review, QA, game testing, or related industry experience.
Experience contributing to at least one shipped game, live service title, modding project, or completed development cycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback in a collaborative and encouraging manner.
Strong analytical skills and an eye for identifying engaging player experiences.
Comfortable working independently and within distributed teams.
Passion for iteration, experimentation, and solving design challenges.
Familiarity with creator marketplaces and user-generated content ecosystems.
Experience with in-game logic systems, scripting tools, automation mechanics, or equivalent gameplay creation systems.
Familiarity with community-created mods and creator content.

Candidates with one or more of the following will stand out:
Strong understanding of game design theory and gameplay analysis.
Extensive experience with sandbox survival games and emergent gameplay systems.
World-building, environment design, or level design experience.
Advanced knowledge of gameplay logic systems, scripting tools, or automation mechanics.
Experience creating aesthetically polished builds, levels, or player-facing content.
Deep understanding of large-scale cross-platform gaming communities.
Knowledge of gameplay differences across PC, console, and mobile platforms.
Previous involvement in creator marketplaces, modding communities, or user-generated content ecosystems.
