The successful candidate will be responsible for patch management, sustained engineering, cybersecurity governance, toil reduction, cost estimation, and workflow management.

* Proven experience in Azure environment support, particularly in patch management and sustained engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing engineering boards.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and governance practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
* Certification in Microsoft Azure or related fields.
* Experience in automated patch management systems.
* Familiarity with open source and innersource package management.
