Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Azure Environment Support Specialist to join our team. This role is integral to maintaining the integrity, security, and performance of our Azure environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for patch management, sustained engineering, cybersecurity governance, toil reduction, cost estimation, and workflow management.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in Azure environment support, particularly in patch management and sustained engineering.

* Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) and experience managing engineering boards.

* Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and governance practices.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues appropriately.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Certification in Microsoft Azure or related fields.

* Experience in automated patch management systems.

* Familiarity with open source and innersource package management.
