Job Description

Accountable for the flawless launch of advertising campaigns across a pre-identified and emerging group of clients/partners with a focus on affiliate marketing offering.

o Identify and target potential new affiliate marketing clients through market research and strategic analysis.

o Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Understand clients' business goals and objectives to provide relevant solutions and upselling opportunities.

o Work closely with the Content Services team to stay informed about product developments and updates. Communicate product changes and enhancements to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and implications for their business.

o Interface directly with clients to receive, test, and implement creative assets in accordance with Microsoft's creative acceptance policies.

o Mitigate blockers/obstacles for advertising executions; continuously monitor and strive to reduce user DSAT from advertising experience.

o Assist in advertising campaign finance reconciliation and provide input into the pacing and forecasting process.

o Foster and maintain deep relationships with internal and external partners. Ensure stakeholders are well informed of product development, current capabilities, and future progression.

o Identify growth opportunities with current clients and develop strategies to localize them.

o Demonstrate a broad understanding of all aspects of business.

o Provide feedback/input into the prioritization of internal tools, systems, alerting and reporting that will drive yield and PSAT.

o Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's internal Creative Acceptance Policies.

o Stay up to date with new platform/tool product releases and reporting functionality.
