Insight Global is seeking a Client Support Analyst to join an everyday IT support team in Pasco, WA for a large midstream oil & gas company. This role will consist of supporting desktop computers, mobile devices, and other end-user support issues. This person will be providing end user support for field offices and operational facilities in the field. Other responsibilities include performing equipment refreshes, reimaging, software installations, troubleshooting in the offices & remotely along with solving issues surrounding loading and projects. This opportunity will require a solid technical base to build upon.
· 3+ years of experience in a Tier 2 Desktop Support Analyst, PC Support Analyst, IT Support Analyst, etc
· Experience troubleshooting and resolving various support related issues with Windows OS, PC hardware, and mobile devices (reimaging, software installs/issues, etc)
· Strong customer service experience and communication skills
· Ability to travel as needed to Pasco, Plymouth, and Spokane
· Industry background in oil & gas, telecom, or medical
· Intune
· ServiceNow
