Job Description
The Analysis Team Manager leads a team of 6–8 structural analysts supporting missile and defense programs. This role owns workload planning, scope definition, and prioritization, ensuring analysis resources are aligned with program timelines and commitments. The manager acts as the primary interface between analysts, program teams, and leadership, setting expectations and communicating progress and risks. While not performing hands‑on analysis daily, the role requires sufficient technical depth to review work quality, identify gaps, and guide decision‑making. A significant focus is placed on people leadership, developing engineers, improving team workflows, and establishing a strong, accountable team culture within a classified, on‑site environment.
Pay Range: 130k - 180K based on applicable experience

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in structural analysis, mechanical engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline
Prior experience leading or coordinating engineers (team lead, supervisor, or project leadership role)
Working knowledge of structural analysis methodologies and tools such as NASTRAN and/or ANSYS
Proven ability to own scope, prioritize work, and manage team capacity across multiple programs
Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with engineering, program management, and leadership stakeholders
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
Ability to work on‑site full time in a classified defense manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience in defense, aerospace, missile systems, or high‑reliability manufacturing environments
Background transitioning from individual contributor to people leadership
Project or program management experience within engineering organizations
Experience leading small, fast‑moving teams rather than large, highly siloed enterprises
Demonstrated strength in coaching, mentoring, and building engineering culture
