Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Internal Auditor to establish and lead audit operations, develop annual strategies, and ensure compliance through risk assessments. This role requires a strong leadership background, experience with government grants, and expertise in regulatory compliance and financial auditing.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of internal audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards (GAAP, GASB, FASB).
- Experience in financial reporting, risk management, and fraud detection.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with government grants and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Valid drivers license required for work-related travel.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CPA or CIA certification preferred.
