Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to join our Network Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in physical network infrastructure, including hardware stack replacements, Cisco switching, and network closet refreshes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and upgrading our network backbone to ensure high availability and performance across our sites. Sponsibilities will include:
• Perform physical hardware refreshes, including replacing network stacks, switches, and related components.
• Configure and deploy Cisco switches and other networking equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to schedule and execute network refresh projects.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network hardware, configurations, and upgrade activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related network issues.

Required Skills & Experience
• 2+ years of experience in network engineering or network operations.
• Strong understanding of Cisco switching technologies (e.g., Catalyst, Meraki).
• Experience with physical network installations and hardware replacements.
• Familiarity with structured cabling and rack installations.
