Job Description
- Serves as a liaison between clinical areas and the IT department, ensuring clear communication and alignment on clinical application needs across acute, ambulatory, and home care settings.
- Determines the requirements for clinical applications by assessing the needs of clinical staff and providers across multiple care environments.
- Collaborates with staff and physicians to optimize the use of clinical systems through targeted education, training, quality improvement initiatives, and ongoing support aligned with organizational goals.
- Performs detailed workflow analyses of multidisciplinary healthcare provider activities and translates findings into optimal system design and content for both organizational and unit based practice.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active Washington State or Compact RN License
- Epic certified and experienced within OpTime/Anesthesia, ASAP, Stork, Beacon, or ClinDoc modules
- Background in clinical informatics supporting IT & business stakeholders
- Great organizational and communication skills
