Job Description
The Process Technician will support, maintain, and improve the performance of production lines. They will use their technical skills to become a process expert, set up parameters, train operators, conduct trials, maintain tooling, and implement improvements.
Responsibilities
• Provide daily process and quality support, investigate issues, and initiate corrective actions.
• Select, modify, and maintain tooling and equipment to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
• Maintain process setup documentation to ensure products meet design requirements.
• Develop and maintain training documentation and provide operator training.
• Support business objectives to increase productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, and enhance safety.
• Adhere to and promote environmental, health, and safety policies.
• Perform assigned routines and tasks initiated by Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).

Required Skills & Experience
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience as a production operator/team leader or maintenance/process technician.
• Able to support off-shift and weekend operations with minimal notice.
• Basic understanding of EHS management systems and general safety rules.
• General understanding of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
• Practical understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• User of Oracle R12 or similar manufacturing modules.
• Intermediate or higher user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• General computer literacy and ability to troubleshoot internal software.
• Fiber optic termination/assembly experience is a plus.
• Associate’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering preferred.
