Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the growing multidisciplinary team at Sound Children’s Therapy in Issaquah, WA. This clinic is dedicated to helping children and families reach their fullest potential through high‑quality, collaborative, and family-centered care.
The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting children with diverse developmental needs and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment.
Patient Population
You will work with children experiencing needs such as:
• Sensory processing challenges
• Fine motor delays
• Emotional regulation needs
• Feeding challenges
• Neurodevelopmental conditions
Responsibilities
• Provide direct therapy services to children with a broad range of developmental and functional needs
• Conduct evaluations using both formal and informal assessments
• Develop and implement measurable, individualized treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, outside providers, and parents/caregivers
Compensation & Schedule
• Pay: Up to $120,000 annually (based on experience)
• Schedule: Flexible — choose your own hours; Monday–Friday with occasional weekends as needed

- 1+ year of pediatric OT experience
