Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a passionate SLP for a progressive outpatient clinic serving both adult and pediatric populations in the greater Tacoma, WA area. Our client specializes in high-functioning brain injury rehabilitation and offer cutting-edge therapies, including cognitive driving assessments and diverse treatment modalities. The team is passionate about delivering innovative care and empowering their clinicians with the tools and resources they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing therapy to both adult and pediatric clients.
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress.
- Administer and interpret cognitive assessments, including driving evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards.
- Utilize clinic-provided resources including computers, monitors, and therapy tools.

Salary Range:
Clinical Fellowship (CF): $90,000
Experienced (5+ years): $100,000–$103,000

Required Skills & Experience

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Active Washington State SLP license.
