Job Description

A French Aerospace Company is hiring for a Sales Representative to support and grow military aerospace business within the United States.. This role is centered on business development and customer engagement, requiring frequent travel to meet with customers, generate new opportunities, and expand existing relationships. The Sales Representative will be responsible for cold outreach, building a sales pipeline, preparing commercial offers, leading customer presentations, and collaborating closely with a Dallas‑based team while supporting a broader global sales organization. This is a contract‑to‑hire role designed for someone who is comfortable being in front of customers and driving new business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of experience in aerospace and/or defense environments
3–5+ years of sales experience at a mid‑level, including pipeline creation and management
Experience with customer relationship management and commercial offer preparation
Ability to conduct and lead customer presentations
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Military or defense program background
Experience supporting U.S. military aviation programs
Existing customer or industry connections within aerospace or defense
Experience preparing or supporting sales and marketing materials
Technical or engineering exposure (not required)
