Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Safety & Compliance Investigator to lead structured investigations and ensure compliance with airworthiness and safety standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and facilitation skills to drive corrective actions and prevent recurrence of systemic issues. This position is onsite in Everett, WA
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions (RCCA) to prevent recurrence.
• Apply structured problem-solving methodologies; experience with BPSM preferred.
• Perform safety analyses (FMEA, Fault Tree, SSA) and support certification deliverables.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and compliance teams to resolve complex issues.
• Prepare investigation reports, corrective action plans, and compliance documentation.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and present findings to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
• Demonstrated experience conducting RCCA investigations and developing corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills for cross-functional problem-solving.
• Familiarity with structured problem-solving methods (BPSM or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Ability to work onsite in Everett, WA.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Knowledge of civil airworthiness regulations (e.g., 14 CFR Part 25, EASA CS-25).
