Job Description

This candidate will be the project lead for multiple projects in supplier quality. They will be managing projects, working on maintenance issues with suppliers, working with construction teams, attending meetings, reporting project statuses, etc. Travel, both domestically and internationally, will be required for this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelors degree in a technical, engineering, or STEM field from ABET accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience working with Quality Standards such as ISO9001, AS9100, ISO1400
- 5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; developing conclusions
- 5+ years of experience working with Quality and/or Safety Corrective Action/Preventive Action, Root Cause Analysis

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and experience in supplier audits (e.g., FMEA, system, product, and process audit assessment)
- Experience with utilizing analytic skills: collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources
- Experience in various quality tools and processes such as inspection plans, control plans, and measurement system analysis (MSA)
- Experience with Statistical Product Acceptance and review of supplier statistical plans
- Experience with Engineering Process Improvement Methods: knowledge of producibility and process improvement methodologies (e.g., statistical process control (SPC), 6-Sigma)
- Ability to present technical findings to various levels of leadership
