Job Description
Responsible for the development, communication and maintenance of the Engineering Project Plan. Ensure
coordination with external and internal customers on project management tasks.
Coordinate, track and provide status of performance to program plan.
Investigation, resolution, and communication of issues that can affect program plan.
Performs program staffing capacity analysis.
Responsible for program/project schedule integration of engineering tasks.
Supports compliance to Engineering commitments.
Perform assigned tasks meeting the organization's expectations for quality, schedule and process
compliance.
Identifies the need for enhanced processes, methods, and tools and provides solutions.
Applies program technical requirements to work requirements, processes, and tasks.
Develops solutions to problems, which require ingenuity and innovation.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental
program and culture.
Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
4 – 9 years of experience in an engineering classification (preferred).
3 years of Project Management experience (preferred).
2 years of manufacturing environment experience (preferred).
2 years of Aerospace Industry experience (preferred).
