Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility is to work closely with other members of the engineering staff to define the equipment architecture, detail drawings, bearing selection and definition of materials. Will be responsible for conducting equipment failure analysis as well as conducting static, fatigue and dynamics analyses of mechanical components and mechanisms using both classical methods and FEA software. Will assist Quality department and support OEM Production as needed.
Will be in charge of writing Qualification Test Plans (QTP), Qualification Test Reports (QTR), Qualification Justification Notes (QJN) and manage qualification tests.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5 - 8 years of Mechanical Engineer experience
- Experience in industries dealing with high precision, manufacturing, and compliance.
- Strong background in testing standards and previous qualifications experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo).
- Excellent technical understanding of drafting standards (ANSI Y14.5).
- Experience with geometric dimensioning and tolerancing design
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multidisciplinary teams.
