Job Description

This role supports a production-style paint shop focused on preparing heavy equipment for auction. The Painter will primarily operate airless spray equipment to coat machinery, while also assisting with prep work and general shop tasks when painting demand fluctuates. The team operates collaboratively, and individuals are expected to jump in where needed to keep workflows moving smoothly in preparation for auction deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

Background in commercial or industrial painting environments (construction, facilities, house painter ANYTHNG)
Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting that requires flexibility and teamwork

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working around heavy equipment such as trailers, excavators, or large machinery
• Hands-on experience using airless spray equipment for painting applications
Familiarity with prep work such as masking, sanding, or surface staging
